Grynlay Consulting requires a deposit before any work begins, with the remaining balance due prior to the final submission of your grant application.
Most clients follow a simple 50/50 payment split, though larger projects may use a 60/40 schedule or milestone-based payments, and small or returning clients may be billed 100% upfront.
We accept e-transfer, credit card, debit, and standard invoice payments.
Because grant writing is a time-based professional service, deposits and completed work are non-refundable once the project has started.
We also do not offer “pay only if approved” or percentage-based pricing—clients pay for expert work, strategy, and support, not the outcome.
